For Primary Care Associations

Trusted by Primary Care Associations including Maine PCA & Tennessee PCA

Why now

Your members are facing a funding squeeze from both sides.

Health centers are absorbing historic Medicaid cuts at the same time their federal grant funding remains unsecured. Non-grant revenue and lower operating costs have never mattered more.

~$1T
in federal Medicaid cuts
The 2025 reconciliation law reduces federal Medicaid spending by roughly 15% over 10 years — with an estimated 11.8M people losing coverage.
−$3.3B
projected FQHC revenue loss
An estimated 18.7% drop. Medicaid is the single largest revenue source for community health centers — about half of all patients are covered by it.
2026
grant funding cliff
Health center federal grant funding is currently only secured through the end of 2026 — leaving members planning against real uncertainty.

Members are losing Medicaid revenue and facing uncertain grant funding at the same time. A PCA partnership that lowers a required compliance cost — and can return revenue to the association — is exactly the kind of support members need right now.

How the partnership works

One agreement. Value for the whole network.

1

Your PCA partners with us

We set up a single association-level agreement. No technical lift for your team — we handle onboarding for your member health centers.

2

Members screen at a fraction of the cost

Member health centers get centralized exclusion screening and compliance hotline services at PCA partner rates — well below what they’d pay individually.

3

Your association benefits

Based on the number of screenings run, your PCA earns a recurring monthly revenue stream — or passes the full savings on to members as a member benefit.

Flexible by design: keep the savings as recurring non-grant revenue for your association, pass it through to members as a discount, or split the difference. You decide what serves your network best.

FAQ

Questions PCA leaders ask us.

Is there a cost to set this up?
There’s no setup fee to the association to establish the partnership. Members pay the discounted PCA partner rate for the services they use, and we handle onboarding. We’ll confirm the exact structure for your association on our call.
How does the revenue share work?
Your association earns a recurring monthly amount based on the number of screenings run across your member network. You choose whether to keep that as non-grant revenue, pass it through to members as a discount, or blend the two.
How long does it take to launch?
Most partnerships can be live within a few weeks. We start with a single association-level agreement, then onboard member health centers on a schedule that works for them — there’s no heavy IT lift on your side.
What about our members’ existing screening process?
We make the transition straightforward. Members currently screening on their own (or with another vendor) can move to centralized screening with continuity of their records and documentation.
Which exclusion lists do you screen against?
Every required source: the OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE), SAM.gov federal debarments and exclusions, and all available state Medicaid exclusion lists. Results come with the verification and documentation needed to demonstrate compliance in an audit.
Do members have to take the compliance hotline too?
No — exclusion screening and compliance hotline services can be adopted together or separately. Many members value the hotline because it supports a required element of an effective compliance program, but it’s entirely optional.
